I lead business development and marketing at Quantam Solutions, where I run capture, pursuit, and content end to end. I'm also developing a consulting framework called Solv, built around the idea that better questions produce better answers.

Selected work

Quantam Solutions

Built the company's full BD and marketing function as a one-person operation. Designed a three-layer content architecture (Truths and Proofs) that separates raw facts from voice from RFP-specific compliance, with a React tracker for collaborative authoring.

Proposal management

Fifteen years across federal, state, and local pursuits. Compliance matrix development, win-theme work, color-team facilitation, post-submission learning. Shipley methodology.

How I think

Strategic clarity is the work I'm best at. Listening past the surface problem to find the root one. Helping people and organizations articulate what they actually do.

The question that opens the room is usually the one no one wanted to ask.
