# *Senior Capture & Proposal Manager, SLED & SaaS* 15 years leading proposals and captures for state and local government and the SaaS companies that serve them. I run the full pursuit lifecycle, translate technical bids for non-technical evaluators, and build the systems that make pursuits faster and clearer: Content libraries, AI-assisted Workflows, Interactive Visualizations. ## What I Do ### Full RFI/RFP Lifecycle. Shipley-trained. Compliance matrices, color-team reviews, orals, pursuit/no-pursuit calls. Translation between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable in the room with developers, cybersecurity, legal, and program officers — and responsible for the version that actually scores points. ### AI-Assisted Proposal Workflows. Local LLMs (Ollama, LM Studio) for research and compliance checking, RAG for content reuse, with editorial standards so output stays on-brand and factually clean. ### Creative Technology Solutions. Interactive visualizations in Rive and After Effects, proposal templates, Jira/Confluence operations. ## Selected Work ### Quantum Solutions (2025–present) Brought structured AI workflows into SLED pursuit cycles; redesigned executive review to surface decisions. ### Grant Street Group (2021–2025) Led SaaS RFP responses for cloud financial products sold into state and local agencies. Promoted to Creative Technologist; built a Rive visualization mapping Georgia county-level data for a major tradeshow. ### Eat'n Park Hospitality (2017–2021) Built in-house multimedia for 5 brands serving 50M guests/year. Cut outsourcing $100K+. ### Parkhurst Dining (2011–2017) First hire onto business development proposal team. Built the in-house proposal function including workflows, content library, drafting timelines.
